Shipping Services

Our shipments are carried out with an economic international shipping service. Shipping times may be longer than shipping with express courier, but the cost is also 10 times lower, and the merchandise is not subject to the same customs checks as are made for more expensive shipping services. 

For particularly large orders, we can also ship with courier.

We guarantee for healthy arrival of goods shipped within the EU, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, South Africa, USA and Canada.

Should any goods shipped to these Countries arrive in a bad state, please contact us immediately on arrival and we will either replace the goods or refund them. We reserve the right to ask back the damaged goods for inspection before shipping replacements. 

We can ship to most other countries but the importer has to take full care and responsibility of the import process. If any special documents or treatments are needed you have to contact us well in advance of shipping and inform us. As we have little or no experience, shipping to countries not mentioned above we cannot cover any losses. 

We can also ship to Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, South America, and other states but in this case we can offer only 30% as a refund if there are any issues with shipping.


The main packaging used is the padded envelope. For very bulky orders, we will use a pack.

Shipping Time & Costs:

Some shipping methods offered are "traceable" and can therefore be consistently followed during the various stages of shipment. However, this service is not available for all orders. You will be able to choose the shipping method of your parcel directly on the purchase page.

Orders placed are usually sent on the business day following the order. Shipment within the EU may take up to 7 business days. Shipment to non-EU countries may take up to 2 weeks.

Orders that are shipped via courier with Tracking number tend to arrive at higher speeds. As soon as the neck is delivered to the courier you will receive a Tracking number that will give you details on the delivery situation.


1. The main goal is to ensure that your order arrives at your destination as soon as possible. However, customers and / or recipients are responsible for purchasing the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).

2. No liability can be assumed for any losses incurred by the customer or the recipient in terms of non-refundable shipping costs and / or additional costs for the delivery or replacement of the goods.

3. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us by phone or email within three days of receipt of the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.

Please do not postpone products without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number.

Refunds are possible by the freight forwarder if the shipment is insured. The costs for the original shipment and the import duty are not refundable. The same argument applies to the costs incurred for the return and the insurance of the item, unless otherwise agreed.

As already stated in "Terms & Conditions", the customer / receiver is responsible for the responsibility once the order is shipped.
